Upon the purchase of either Service Agreement described your current network infrastructure will be documented and logged into our system. That includes, but no limited to make and model of all desktops, laptops, servers, routers, switches, printers or other hardware connected to the network. A listing of operating systems and software on each computer will also be documented. The completed lists will be attached to the signed agreement and a copy given to the client. The Services Agreement will remain in effect for the term of one (1) year, as long as the documented infrastructure is maintained. Changes to the infrastructure may result in necessary changes to the agreement. If this should occur, the client will have the option to sign and agree to a new agreement.
